Our services include:
Regulatory Compliance and Plan Design
- Meet with client to review objectives and recommend the plan type best suited to meet those objectives
- Draft Plan document and employee summary plan description for review by legal counsel
- Submit plan to IRS for favorable determination letter
- Prepare employee communication materials announcing the plan and its provisions
- Conduct employee enrollment meetings
- Assist with voluntary compliance programs
Plan Administration
- Traditional balance forward accounting method
- Complete individual participant statements, master summary allocation and executive reports
- Perform coverage and non-discrimination testing including average benefit test and general test
- Prepare signature-ready annual tax returns to EBSA (Form 5500)
- Assist auditors with required annual plan audits
- Prepare Summary Annual Report and other notices for distribution to participants
- Process payrolls and contributions on either a per pay period, monthly, or annual basis
- Process plan benefits that become due as a result of termination/retirement
- Process loans and other transactions as needed
- Review Plan compliance
