Prepare annual valuation reports with clearly written executive summaries Provide FAS 87/FAS 132 or GASB pension expense information for upcoming year Answer auditors' letter at year-end for financial statement disclosures

Prepare annual returns to IRS (5500, 5500-C) and PBGC on a signature-ready basis Perform annual coverage and non-discrimination testing, as needed Prepare Summary Annual Report and participant statements Process plan benefits that become due as a result of termination/retirement

Apprise clients of any recent developments that may affect their retirement plan Draft plan amendments and/or restatements for review by corporate legal counsel Determine the cost of proposed plan amendments Assist in all aspects of plan terminations
